Mari hwyr!
Mari Hwyr! is the late night spectacle sister of Mari Ha!
An eruption of colour and wonder! An awe-inspiring symphony of dance circus and design. Mari Hwyr! harnesses the spirit of folk infused with the euphoric energy of hyperpop music. Come and celebrate natures power to gather people together; creating community and culture. Mari Hwyr! sheds new light on some of Wales’ oldest traditions. This energetic performance connects the solstices and equinoxes, the Mari Lwyd and the Cadi Ha in a magnificent spectacle for the outdoors.
Come celebrate the wheel of year! Come and share in Welsh folk customs and rituals that bring people together at the turn of the seasons! Come party with Mari… it’ll be a late one!
